Welcome to our Basic, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.
This program was created with the intention of laying down the very foundations
of teaching Yoga. We offer the foundations in:
-Understanding the purpose and structure of a Yoga Asana class
-Basics of human anatomy, both physical and subtle
-Authentic information about the original teachings of Yoga
-Building confidence in teaching skills
-Demonstration and adjustment techniques
